From Abstract Overload to Insight: A Practical AI Workshop for MSLs

From Abstract Overload to Insight:

A Practical AI Workshop for MSLs

A 30–45 minute interactive session on how Medical Affairs teams are starting to use AI to turn large volumes of congress data into structured, usable insights.

Making AI work for Medical Affairs

Most teams are experimenting with AI in some capacity right now.
What we consistently see, though, is that it’s still being used in a very manual, one-off way summarizing a few abstracts at a time, without a clear approach for structuring outputs or scaling across larger sets of data.

In this session, we’ll walk through a simple, practical workflow that teams can start using immediately.

What you’ll learn

How to structure prompts so outputs are consistent and usable

How to quickly summarize multiple abstracts without starting from scratch each time

How to analyze patterns and trends across a larger set of abstracts

How some teams are beginning to compare this year’s data to prior congresses
